Shipping
We usually ship each order within 3-5 business days of receiving cleared payment. The shipping method used will vary according to the size, weight and destination of the item.
We usually ship smaller products (S) via FedEx or EMS Priority Mail, the cost of which is €30 and is added automatically at checkout. Larger products (M – L) will be shipped via one of our shipping partners, the cost on which we will agree with you.

Personal pickup
It is of course always possible to pick up your order in person! You will be able to collect your order as soon as you receive an email from us letting you know that it is ready.
Returns
Your satisfaction as our clients is important to us and despite our deep care and high-quality standards, it is of course always possible that an item you purchased from us does not fully meet your expectations. We are therefore always willing to discuss this and find a suitable solution or perhaps an alternative item together with you. Our standard restocking fee of 15% will apply to any returned item unless, of course, we have mutually agreed otherwise before the item’s return. We will refund the full original cost once the item has safely been returned to us in the same condition as how we shipped it to you. If you don’t have enough information regarding an item’s condition, please contact us and we will gladly provide you with more images. Please note that a return for an item may be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that we do not accept returns on purchased fashion jewelry, bags and accessories.
