At this time, we only accept payment via bank transfer upon issued invoice. All sales are final.

International shipping

Prices do not include shipping. For a quote, please contact us with your full delivery address, and we’ll provide an exact rate from one of our trusted third-party carriers. Orders are shipped within 10 business days upon receipt of payment. International shipping from Prague, Czech Republic. In-person collection available by appointment.

Collection and Storage

Should you wish to collect your purchase in person but cannot do so right away, we’re happy to offer complimentary storage for up to 30 days. For extended storage beyond this period, a daily storage fee will apply.

Tax

Orders delivered within the EU are subject to a 21% Czech Republic VAT, unless you are an EU-registered business providing a valid VAT number. International orders shipped outside the EU are VAT-exempt.
