Danish high wingback lounge chair in sheepskin, designed by Danish designer Alfred Christensen for Slagelse Møbelfabrik in Denmark, 1940s.
This rare lounge chair is a wonderful example of Scandinavian Modern design of the 1940s, featuring an elegant, curved high wingback backrest and beautifully curved wooden armrests. The seat and backrest are also newly reupholstered in this gorgeous sheepskin, overall giving the chair a very soft and open look.
